Product Description

  Mode 1:Airflow tracking control    
  1. Products used:Face velocity sensor, Sash sensor,
Passive infrared occupancy sensor, Operation panel , VAV controller, Fast actuator, VAV valve, Touch Screen
2. Working principle:
The system consists of "supply air VAV + ventilation cabinet exhaust VAV + auxiliary exhaust VAV", each VAV is equipped with a valve body, a variable air volume controller with air volume detection function, and an actuator.
The supply and exhaust air of each duct satisfy the equation: "Total supply air volume = auxiliary exhaust volume + total exhaust volume of all ventilation cabinets + target differential air volume inside and outside the room."
The target differential air volume inside and outside the room has a functional relationship with the pressure difference designed for the room. Since the pressure difference inside and outside the room is a standard parameter, the corresponding target differential air volume can be regarded as a calculable known parameter.
 

 

 

 

  Mode 2: Airflow tracking + differential pressure cascade control

2. Working process:
On the basis of the residual air volume control of the system, the room differential pressure detection is added as the input of PID control to 
achieve cascade control.
 

 

 

 

  Mode 3: Air supply parallel control    
  1. Products used:Face velocity sensor , Sash sensor, Passive infrared occupancy sensor, Operation panel, VAV controller, Fast actuator, VAV valve, Room Differential Pressure Sensor
2. Working principle:
The laboratory contains multiple supply air VAVs, and one supply air supply VAV can be designated as the master and others as slaves.The control principle still adopts cascade control, that is, airflow tracking control and room differential pressure control.The total air supply volume is calculated by combining the above two methods, and then the total air supply volume is evenly distributed to each air supply VAV through parallel control.
