Cleanroom

For clean rooms in the pharmaceutical plant, we achieve room pressure control through CAV and VAV. Some room air flow design could be supply air CAV and exhaust/return air VAV, while some design could be supply air VAV and exhaust/return air VAV when the room has higher differential pressure requirement.

Product Description

Control pressure difference.

For clean rooms in the pharmaceutical plant, we achieve room differential pressure control through strictly control the air flow of supply air and exhaust/return air, with a control strategy that uses air flow tracking + room differential pressure offset. With efficient and reliable algorithms, based on good enclosure structure and room air balance, we can ensure that the room differential pressure remains stable at ±1Pa.

Achieve energy saving.

By linking the room supply and return (exhaust) air with the air conditioning unit(AHU), we can analyze and diagnose the supply air status in a timely manner, achieving energy saving by optimizing the frequency of the AHU fan. Additionally, we can switch air flow between day mode and night mode and thereby minimize energy consumption. In the night, supply air volume and ventilation frequency will be reduced while the pressure difference gradient will also be guaranteed.
